We will match associates’ donations to qualifying charitable organizations up to $500 a year and we offer eight paid hours each year to volunteer at the nonprofit of your choice. No Kid Hungry Fund
This fall, the Williams Sonoma brand entered its seventh year of supporting No Kid Hungry. Over the past six years, Williams Sonoma has helped raise over $5.5 million to support No Kid Hungry. That translates to 55 million meals where kids live learn, and play, and includes healthy breakfast served to children in schools across America. 1 in 6 children in the United States face hunger. That number is the inspiration behind our drive to keep making a difference and our commitment to this cause and with your help it really is getting better. Last year that number was 1 in 5. These past six years have been a meaningful journey for all of us, as together we have committed to connecting children in need to healthful meals across the country - in the communities where our customers shop and in the neighborhoods where our associates live. This year, our goal is to raise $2.5 million, which will help connect children in need to nearly 25 million meals. Together, we will make a difference in the lives of children in America.
St. Jude Children's Research Hospital Fund
Since the beginning of our partnership with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in 2005, Williams-Sonoma, Inc. has raised almost $43 million for research and the care of children and families facing childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases. We are participants in the annual Thanks and Giving program, which runs in all stores, call centers, and online during the holiday period, with products and gift cards that give back to St. Jude, as well as customer donations and corporate fundraising events. WSI is also the sponsor for St. Jude’s Cure4Kids.org website, an online resource for healthcare professionals dedicated to enhancing the care of children who have cancer and other life-threatening diseases in countries around the globe. WSI Foundation Maui Relief Fund
As wildfires on the island of Maui have caused loss and devastation, leaving survivors in need of immediate help, including life-saving, food, water and medical aide, WSI Foundation has committed to support the efforts provided by these organizations.
